M.S. Furnished apartments, homes and rentals has been serving the Ludington-Hamlin Lake area year round since 1981. M.S. is continuously growing in the number of homes since retiring from teaching at Ludington High School for 28 years.

The furnished nautical decor of the apartments and homes can be rented with arrangements for any length of time. All units are fully furnished, TV, VCR, phone, full kitchens, all linens, soap and paper goods are provided. Upon arrival in the summer you will find garden flowers, sun tea waiting outside and popcorn near the microwave.

Mary enjoys making home-made Mason County jams for her customers. Some units sleep up to 10, have air conditioning, washer and dryer, and in the winter, hot cocoa and sleds.

Mary and her staff welcome you to stop in at the offices near the marina, pick up literature and chat. You may phone for details on any of the locations. M.S. Literature is also available at the Ludington Chamber of Commerce or can be mailed. Pets are welcome (a fee is charged per animal).
