| T-One Internet Services Unveils New Business Builder Program |
||
| T-One Internet Services, West Michigan's premier Internet service announced today the addition of its Business Builder program to its ever growing list of services. After weeks of attempting to obtain an interview with T-One's very busy CEO Lyle Reene, this writer feels privileged to be able to bring you our readers, this exclusive article.
In a no-nonsense interview with Mr. Reene I soon discovered that not only was Mr. Reene up to speed on what was happening with the Internet as a whole, but he was also interested in assisting local business and individuals find their place on the World Wide Web. "The Internet is no longer in the future. It is here now and will only continue to grow as a tool for business", Reene said. I then asked Reene how the local small business person could tap into the Internet and what resources were available. That was when he unloaded what I felt to be a ground breaking approach toward Internet development. |
"The Internet has pretty much been an untapped market for the local business person or individual because they quite often had no idea on how to get their information on-line. They donn't have the answers to the 5 w's, the who, what, when, where and why of this new media. T-One has the answers and is now ready to help." When asked how he planned to go about assisting individuals and business reach the huge number of people on the Internet is when Reene unveiled the new program in detail. Reene explained that T-One will be offering its new Business Builder package. According to Reene the new package will make it simple and painless for anyone to gain a presence on the Internet. "After going to our web site and answering a few basic questions about their business our staff will then construct a web page for their business from the information. The individual won't need to know anything about HTML, how to contstruct a web site, or any of the technical side of it." Reene said. | It all sounded way too easy as I myself have attempted to build my own web site on several occasions. After each attempt I found it isn't as simple as most people had me believe. I would build my web page and it would look fine on my computer at home, but as soon as I would show a friend on the computer at the office it would look completely different. After hearing about all the horror stories of the cost of Web development I was afraid to ask how much this would all cost. "$100 for the year! That's it! For $100 anybody can add their business to the World Wide Web. That includes development of their web page, setting up their page on the Internet, and scanning up to two photos for their site. There are no additional charges unless additional photos or pages are desired." Reene also stated that T-One has a sample page set up that may be viewed online and that T-One also has a full-time design team to ready and able to assist in the development of of any size web site including e-commerce.
