  1. You should now see a screen similar to the one above.

  2. Near the top of the window you should see the following:

    1. In the text window under Local System you should see the files you have created on your hard drive.

    2. In the text window under Remote System you should see the files you have uploaded to the server. If you haven't uploaded anything yet, the right side of the screen will not show any files.

  3. To Upload Files to the server:

    1. Click on a filename on the left side of the screen that you wish to send to the server. This will hi-lite the file.

    2. To select several files at once press and hold the Ctrl key while clicking on the other files you wish to send to the server.

    3. After having selected all the files you wish to upload to the server Click on the --> box in the center of your screen. This will upload the files and after they have finished uploading you will see the files appear on the right side of the WSFTP screen.

  4. After the files are uploaded you will be able to access your web pages through your browser. To view your pages online enter the following in the address bar of your browser substituting username with your username at t-one.net, and the filename you are trying to access with the word filename. DON'T FORGET THE ~ before your username.

    http://www.t-one.net/~username/filename.htm

  5. Hints:

    1. If the file you are trying to access is named either:   index.html or index.htm you can access your page without adding the filename to the web page address.

    2. The Internet is case sensitive, so it is best to get into the habit of using all lower case filenames.

    3. Be consistant in using the htm and html file extensions. If your filename is index.htm and you tell someone index.html they will receive a 'page not found' error.

    4. GOOD LUCK and HAVE FUN!!!
