- On your Desktop you will find the [My Computer] icon
- Using the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON CLICK on the [My Computer] icon
- With the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON CLICK on [Open]

- Using the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON CLICK on the [Control Panel] icon
- With the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON CLICK on [Open]

- In the new window that opens using the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON CLICK on [Dial-Up Networking].

- Locate the icon for your T-One or Betsie Valley Connection

- Using the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON CLICK on the [T-One or Betsie Valley Connection]
- With the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON CLICK on [Properties]

- Near the top of the new screen are several tabs. Use the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON and CLICK on the [Networking] tab

- Use the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON and CLICK on the [TCP/IP Settings] button.

- Near the top of the screen are two circles. Ignore these for now. Below these are two more circles. Make sure there is a dot in the one that says: Specify Name Server Addresses.

- Just below these two dots you will find two sets of numbers. The first number will be titled [Primary DNS Server]. More than likely the number to the right will be 208.216.23.93 You will need to replace the current number with: 65.183.168.4 by using your LEFT MOUSE BUTTON and CLICKING in the first section of the box. Press the DELETE or BACKSPACE key on your keyboard to delete the numbers in the first section. From here just type in 65.183.168.4 including the ‘periods’.

- Press the [TAB] key on your keyboard to advance to the [Secondary DNS Server] area

- From your keyboard type in 65.183.168.210 again including the ‘periods’

- With the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON CLICK on [OK]
- CLICK on [OK] again with the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON
- Close any remaining open windows by CLICKING on the [X] in the upper right hand corner of the window.
- You have successfully changed the DNS numbers on your connection.
