So Who is Lyle Reene Anyway

Well, for one thing I am a true product of the 60's. I enjoy all the oldies music from that period of time and very seldom listen to anything else (other than when I get in the mood to listen to Da Yoopers). As you will see from this site, I am into classic cars, drag racing, oldies music, and I am a recovering IRC addict. I spend my weekends during the summer at car shows, and when I am not on the IRC, I spend my evenings in the garage working on my cars. For many years I owned and operated a water well drilling business in the little town of Custer, MI, and having sold it about 12 years ago, I am now a General Manager & Systems Administrator for a local Internet Service Provider. I also enjoy reading, with my favorite authors being Tom Clancy, John Grisham, Arthur Hailey, and John Jakes. Sure do hope you enjoy my page, and dont forget to sign my guestbook.
Ok, so yes, this page is older than the hills and is in BAD need of updating. One of the things on my list to do (soon). Heck, the guest book doesn't even work anymore as I had to shut it down to stop spammers from filling the thing with smut and garbage. Such is life on the Internet I guess.
But in the meantime, for a quick update, I don't do much with cars anymore. I am now officially retired, having sold the Internet business. And I spend as much time as I can in Hawaii (see countdown timer below). Oh well, at least the picture is current (and I will up date the whole page in the very near future, I promise!) (1/7/06).
